You will joining our in-house Marketing Team

As our Senior Social Media Executive, you’ll be responsible for leading the creation of world-class social media content on our suite of social channels. Working with the Social Media Executive, you’ll manage the brand’s Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter and Lemon8 channels and will develop and help execute exciting content for all channels. 

  • You are someone who has a genuine love for creators on social media and loves to keep on top of what’s trending, who’s trending, the brands and influencers that are killing it in social, and the trends and themes that are getting people talking. We value hard work, and we want to have fun doing it.
  • You will have a strong background of working with digital and social agencies, and must excel in producing engaging and creative social media and digital work, across planning, strategy and media.
  • You are confident in being the face of the brand and talking on camera for short-form content and other video-first projects within the business.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Plan, build and execute social-first content and campaigns to drive engagement.
  • Responsible for the organic social media calendar for Genflow and GCA’s social footprints - this includes brainstorming ideas, designing content, posting, and reporting.
  • Assisting with community management across platforms.
  • Support Marketing Lead on developing social strategies across various sectors - think more strategically and tactfully.
  • Assisting with community management across platforms.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel social plans with organic growth for Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin, Pinterest and YouTube.
  • Develop and execute content ideas to stay aligned with trends, viral content, and pop-culture/social media news.
  • Working with the Social Media Exec to implement findings from the monthly and quarterly reports. 
  • Self-shooting, uploading and editing content where necessary in order to maintain the smooth running of the team.   
  • Monitor social trends, incorporating these into social plans and share with the team
  • Work collaboratively with Creative, Brand, Editorial, PR and Product teams to plan and execute social-first content to align with company-wide business goals.
  • Drive topline brand awareness, bringing more eyeballs to all of Genflow’s branding projects, and amplifying the content we create internally through direct and co-branded social media campaigns.

We would like to meet someone who…
  • 3+ year's brand experience in managing social media channels of brands - everything from ideating, creating and executing.
  • Passionate about creating social-first, short-form videos to align with our Instagram and TikTok strategy.
  • Proven experience with creating content on camera with end-to-end in-app editing for Instagram and TikTok.
  • Experience creating brilliant social media content for brands - and proven audience growth and more engagement on social media.
  • You have real interest in social media platform changes and news, committed to exploring how Genflow might maintain a first-move advantage on each channel.
  • Impeccable organisation skills and the ability to keep projects moving and ensure deadlines are met.
  • An enthusiastic team player with a genuine obsession for social media and creators.
  • Ability to act as an ambassador for the Genflow brand on shoots with partner brands and external agencies
  • Strong numerical know-how for reporting and analysing stats.
  • Has the ability to manage target expectations and report on KPIs.
  • Prides themself on excellent time management, copywriting skills, and attention to detail.
