What do you do at Genflow?
I started Genflow as a PA, however somehow I ended up on the Project Management team and not "PA'ing" as much - needless to say I am loving it! 😀
What did you do prior to Genflow?
I had been a PA for 9 years and have worked in 3 completely different industries (Recruitment, Education + Cosmetics).
Describe your role in 3 words?
Fast-paced, Engaging & Enjoyable!
The highlight of your time at Genflow so far?
Has to be Black Friday, we smashed through an insane amount of activity over the course of the week! Having only been 3 weeks into the job, the build-up into the unknown was crazy, but once we got there, all the planning and hard work paid off!

Your tips for staying organized?

- Make a list
- Prioritize - focus on what's important/ urgent and get those done first
- Time blocks - use time blocks to manage your time
- Delegate if possible/ let others know your priorities & be transparent
