What do you do at Genflow?

I’m the Junior Apparel Product Developer working across all our product ranges except activewear. This means I develop all products for our swimwear, streetwear and woven apparel clients. I work directly with our factory partners managing each process from the initial design concept all the way through sampling to the final finished product!

What were you doing prior to Genflow?
Before Genflow I was in a similar role working but in Buying for Asos, I worked on the Asos Design swimwear and beachwear team, again managing development of the sample and production process for their whole range.

Describe your role in 3 words?
Creative, engaging, challenging.

The highlight of your time at Genflow so far?
Seeing a garment come to life from the initial CAD drawing to the first sample and the clients absolutely loving it, so much work goes into these first initial samples and nailing it the first time round is always such a highlight!

Best career advice you've ever received?
It’s okay to not have all the answers, think of yourself as a life long learner.
