What do you do at Genflow?

‍I work in our Talent Division as a Talent Assistant, at Genflow. My role is heavily content focused so I work on organising the talent's paid and organic posting schedules, creating decks for inspiration and researching what's going on/trending in the industry.

What were you doing prior to Genflow?
I've worked in retail ever since I was at school, for the activewear brand Sweaty Betty. I also had a three month internship at a modelling agency in their talent division!

Describe your role in 3 words?
Creative, fast-paced, challenging.

The highlight of your time at Genflow so far?
Seeing the division grow so much in such a short space of time, excited to see where we'll be in the next six months/year!

Best piece of content you've seen in the last month?
Oo there's so many!

I was kind of obsessed when Make Up by Mario and Chris Appleton did the Tiktok creator's Mikayla Nogueria glam transformation.

Your favourite creator right now?

Xenia Adonts - I am obsessed with her TikTok! I love seeing her designer pieces and how she puts an outfit together. Her personality is so infectious, I'd love to go shopping with her.
