Business Development Executive

GenFlow is looking for a talented and highly organised Business Development Executive who will be responsible for forging effective relationships with influencers and talent managers.

What you'll do

  • Pin-pointing prospective new clients/influencers
  • Managing the influencer outreach in order to expand the GenFlow client base  
  • Creating proactive pitch decks for influencers, demonstrating the GenFlow offering, client case studies and products we can produce to open new conversations
  • Managing initial inbound enquiries from influencers and/or talent agents
  • Keeping up to date with competitor activity and influencer brand development within the industry 
  • Researching and identifying relevant industry events 

What’s required?

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience within business development, talent management or managing brand partnerships within the influencer industry
  • An understanding of how the influencer industry has evolved with a passion to develop a career within it  
  • Experience in winning new influencer clients across either agencies or brand organisations 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • A keen social media user
  • Organised and confident with excellent communication skills
